A Plus Market is taking over Coburg Town Hall one more time in 2026 – and whether you’ve been counting down or you’re quietly wondering what all the fuss is about, we’d love you to come.
Inside, you’ll find a whole hall dedicated to plus size fashion. Indie labels, local designers, slow fashion, accessories, makers and racks and racks of excellent preloved from community members clearing out their hard-won wardrobes.
Come hunting for something specific. Come because your wardrobe needs a shake-up. Come to try something you’d normally scroll straight past. Or come with absolutely no plan and see what finds you.
And you don’t have to be any particular kind of plus size person to belong here.
You might love your body. You might have a complicated relationship with it. Your size might be changing. You might proudly call yourself fat, or that word might not be yours at all.
There’s no test at the door. You deserve clothes that fit, choices that excite you, and a shopping experience where you feel welcome.
And there are OPTIONS. Colourful, understated, practical, weird, comfy, sexy, vintage, dramatic and where the hell did you get that? options.

There’ll be food and drinks, places to sit and recharge, and plenty of time to wander and soak up the atmosphere. Coburg Town Hall is wheelchair accessible, with detailed accessibility information shared ahead of the event (or you can slide into our DMs and we’ll answer any questions).

Stallholder applications for the October market are open from 6 September until 15 September (inclusive).

The entry fee for this event is $5 on the door, or pay what you can. We don’t turn anyone away, and there are no questions asked if you can’t sling us any cash right now.

We’ll have loads of inclusive brands, preloved gems, accessories galore, and gorgeous art. Keep an eye on our socials for further details!

Both! It’s easiest to pay cash on the door, but we will have options for you to pay by card if you need to. Many preloved sellers will only accept cash for their sweet bargains, and most of our brands will offer both card payments and cash.
If you get stuck, there are ATMs close by on Bell Street and Sydney Road, and you could also chat with stallholders about bank transfers or PayID.

There is a car park directly behind Coburg Town Hall; woohoo! There’s lots of free parking available. There are also tram, train and bus stops nearby.

Yup, COVID is still very real - we’re not big fans! We recommend bringing along a mask if you’re comfortable wearing one; the hall can get a bit busy at times. We’ll have spare masks and hand sanitiser at our front desk when you enter the market, and on tables in the foyer. We kindly ask you to do a RAT test before attending the market. If you are feeling unwell on or during the lead-up to market day, or if you’ve been exposed to COVID, we ask that you please stay home to keep our team and community safe. We’ll see you next time!
